In this capacity, she discussed various philanthropic giving vehicles, including legacy gifts and charitable trusts, with individuals and families.Ms. Brecher received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Maryland Carey School of Law, her M.A. in international economics from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), and her B.A. from Duke University.In law school, she was the Executive Articles Editor for the Journal of Business and Technology Law.
