Mr. Brookshire has served on the Oregon State Bar’s Real Estate and Land Use Section executive committee and is past chair of the section’s Continuing Legal Education Committee.  He has also served on the Oregon State Bar Association’s Local Professional Responsibility Committee.. Mr. Brookshire is former general counsel for the Institute of Certified Business Counselors.  He has been a frequent speaker and instructor for Oregon and Arizona real estate professionals including their ethics courses.   Dennis has served on various boards and councils for financial institutions and community organizations, including being a former chairman of the board of one of Oregon’s largest credit unions.

I started working in the Legal field as a law clerk in 1980, right after high school, and continued to do so through college and law school.  I worked as an associate in a firm and became a partner.  After a little more than six years there, I went off on my own and I've been a sole practitioner since 1994.  I have a general civil practice, with much of that being litigation, and have handled more than a dozen appeals cases.  I'd be happy to talk with you about any legal problem.  If I can't help you with it, it's likely that I will be able to refer you to someone else who can.

Julio worked as a clerk for a prestigious medical malpractice/personal injury law firm in Chicago, IL throughout his law school years. Julio also completed an internship at the Cook County State's Attorney's Office from 1999 through 2000.. Julio completed his undergraduate work at the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana. Julio is also very proud of being a member of the University of Illinois Fighting Illini Football team, having played with many athletes who reached the NFL.
