Allan N. Lowy earned his B.A. degree with Departmental Honors from UCLA, his J.D. degree from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles, and his certificate in mediation from Pepperdine Law School.  He was admitted to the practice of law in California in 1976, and in addition he is admitted to practice in front of the United States District Court for the Central District of California and the United States Supreme Court..
