I eventually formed Expert Title Company with Steven H. Naturman, Esq. in January, 2002. We currently are underwritten by Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and Stewart Title Guaranty Company. While I endeavor to satisfy all the needs of my clients/lenders, I will not deviate from sound principals of law, ethics and lender guidelines provided. That is part of the reason I have never had any claims brought, and I do not worry about the authorities coming to my office, as has happened to many others in recent times.
