Ben Murphy, a DeSoto County native, has practiced law since 2007 and is licensed in Mississippi, Tennessee, and Arkansas. He earned his law degree from Ole Miss, with additional study in Hawaii. Ben currently serves as Desoto County Justice Court Judge for District 2, Public Defender for Southaven (since 2011), and Municipal Court Judge in Horn Lake (since 2017).
