Gregory L. Fumarolo graduated from Indiana University School of Business in 1975 and Indiana University School of Law (Indianapolis) in 1978. His legal career began in 1978 as an Allen Superior Court Law Clerk. Fumarolo was Chief Deputy Prosecutor of Allen County from 1983 to 1986, but the vast majority of his career has been in the criminal defense arena either via private practice or as a public defender, primarily in Allen practice has included death penalty litigation, appellate practice, trial practice and as court appointed lawyer in CHINS and TPR cases. Mr. Fumarolo’s career as a public defender was recently recognized by the Indiana Public Defender Council as their recipient of the 2014 Gideon Award given to honor an individual who embodies the attributes of a zealous criminal defense lawyer for poor persons in Indiana.

Sean Arata was born and raised in Fort Wayne, and is a proud graduate of South Side High School. He attended Indiana University and received a degree in Journalism. He then went on to the University of Oregon to obtain his law degree, where he was the graduation speaker for his class. During law school, he became certified in mediation for the state of Oregon.. Outside of law, he is heavily involved in the arts, serving as a board member at Arena Dinner Theatre, as well as acting on stages throughout Fort Wayne. He is also a member of the band Downstait, who toured nationally for over a decade, and can be heard on MTV, WWE, AEW, at sporting events, and on video games and commercials.. Sean moved back to Indiana and was admitted to practice law in 2018. He is admitted to practice in Indiana, and before the U.S. District Court in the Northern District of Indiana.. He primarily practices Criminal Defense, but also handles Expungements, Protective Orders, Specialized Driving Privileges, and Traffic Infractions, including CDL drivers.

Mr. Ghilardi received his B.A. in Criminal Justice from Ball State University in 2009. He earned his J.D. from the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law in 2012, where he graduated cum laude. He is admitted to practice in both the State of Indiana and the State of Michigan as well as in the U.S. District Court in Northern Indiana.. Mr. Ghilardi lives in Fort Wayne with his wife and three children. They attend Sonrise Church where Mr. Ghilardi volunteers with the worship team.. Mr. Ghilardi is a member of the Allen County Bar Association.
