Mr. Nowbar graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (1986) and a Masters in Business Administration (1989). He continued on to Willamette University College of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctor & Certificate in Dispute Resolution in 1992. Mr. Nowbar's pharmacy career spanned various positions as PIC and Pharmacy District Manager at a chain drug store. In 2011, he opened his first retail/compounding pharmacy and added a second in 2016.
