Seyed Ali Nowbar, BS Pharm, MBA, JD is a pharmacist/attorney with a primary practice in healthcare law representing doctors, pharmacists, and other health professionals in regulatory matters and litigation. Mr. Nowbar graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (1986) and a Masters in Business Administration (1989). He continued on to Willamette University College of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctor & Certificate in Dispute Resolution in 1992. Mr. Nowbar's pharmacy career spanned various positions as PIC and Pharmacy District Manager at a chain drug store. In 2011, he opened his first retail/compounding pharmacy and added a second in 2016. Mr. Nowbar is now the principal attorney for The Nowbar Law Firm where he represents individuals and entities in regulatory and litigation matter in the healthcare setting. Mr. Nowbar is registered as a pharmacist in California and Washington and is a member of the California Bar.

Mark has extensive experience as a litigator and has worked on numerous multi-national antitrust matters. In his years of practice he has developed a reputation as a keen legal mind and an aggressive advocate of his clients. Prior to joining Do & Desouza, Mark worked at a large international law firm where he focused on commercial litigation and antitrust matters.. Mark is committed to public service and has taken several pro bono cases to help low-income clients. He has also volunteered his time with the Orange County Public Law Center to help those in need who cannot afford legal help.. Mark attended the University of California, Irvine, where he received his B.A. with honors. He then pursued his law degree at the Northwestern University School of Law, where he was an associate editor of the Northwestern University Law Review. While in law school, Mark worked in an International Human Rights Legal Clinic.
