I graduated from Marquette University Law School in 2006. Soon after, I moved to Chicago, IL, where my practice focused on Labor and Employment. But all too often, I witnessed individuals terminated due to complications with their immigration status.. These experiences inspired me to focus my practice on immigration law. In 2013, I moved back to Wisconsin to open my own firm, Pionek Valle Law Group, LLC. I strive to provide a high quality, personal service to all my clients.. Helping families stay together is my passion.

Rosemarie Barnett has a depth and breadth of experience in her practice areas. After a stellar academic career where she graduated second in her law school class, Ms. Barnett spent over a decade at some of the largest and most well-known law firms in the nation, litigating complex claims in the areas of class actions, products liability and insurance coverage litigation. She is currently litigating claims in United States District Court, New York Supreme Court, Family Court and Civil Court. Ms. Barnett is experienced in a broad range of litigation including immigration and deportation defense, complex family law and matrimonial matters, fraud and breach of contract claims in federal court and Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) claims. Also, Rosemarie works with other successful attorneys as co-counsel and of counsel in the Metro area on complex litigation, personal injury matters and criminal defense.. While her academic and career credentials are impressive, Ms. Barnett’s finest attributes lie beyond these achievements. She brings heart to her law practice, fighting passionately for the rights of her clients. When it is best for the client to settle amicably, she negotiates the most favorable agreements for them. Prior to graduating with honors as a Salutatorian and Dean’s Fellow at Touro Law Center, Ms. Barnett received her MBA, magna cum laude, from Sacred Heart University. She graduated from Elms College with a Bachelor’s in Accounting and Business Management and a minor in English Literature. Ms. Barnett has been practicing law for 17 years and was admitted to the New York State Bar Association in 2002. She is fluent in Hindi.

Brittni Rivera is an Associate Attorney with Kriezelman Burton & Associates, LLC.  Prior to law school, Brittni graduated magna cum laude from DePaul University in 2011 with her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Spanish.  In 2014, she earned her law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law.  While at Chicago-Kent, Brittni was awarded two CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in both Legal Writing and for her seminar article regarding President Obama’s executive action, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals.. While a law student, Brittni interned in the Immigration Law Clinic of the Law Offices of Chicago-Kent and worked as an intern at the Chicago Legal Clinic.  She also served as a judicial extern at the Chicago Immigration Court and worked for the Department of Homeland Security.  Brittni served as the President of the Immigration Law Society at Chicago-Kent.. Brittni is a first generation attorney whose family immigrated from Cuba in the 1970’s.  She is fluent in Spanish and enjoys learning about different cultures from her clients.  Brittni is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
