Frank Hwu earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California Los Angeles in Psychology, graduating in 2002 magna cum laude.  While at UCLA, Frank was a candidate for the UC Regents Scholarship and repeatedly made the Dean’s list.  He also was a member of Psi Chi, UCLA’s honors society in psychology.. After UCLA, Frank worked at the Department of Justice until deciding to go to law school.  In 2006, he attended UC Hastings College of the Law, where he graduated with a tax concentration while also taking classes in civil litigation and immigration.  In addition, he also became class president for the third year class, was a staff editor for the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly, and was a teaching assistant for Hastings LEOP program.. Frank represents clients in all aspects of immigration law. He is well-versed in in a full-range of of family-based immigrant and non-immigrant visa and consular application services.
