Ms. Sarah Ashley Cotterell Bandyopadhyay is a 2009 graduate of Centre College in Danville, Kentucky. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Government. She minored in International Studies. She pursued her Juris Doctorate at Case Western Reserve University and graduated in 2013 with a Juris Doctorate and an International Law certification. She was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in November 2015.. Throughout her studies and career, Ms. Cotterell Bandyopadhyay has been an advocate for human rights. In 2010, Ms. Cotterell Bandyopadhyay interned for an international criminal tribunal in the Prosecution's division. She also provided research for an international tribunal during her participation in the War Crimes Project.. Cristina Zambrano began her professional career as a sales and business service training coordinator for a tech start-up company in Austin, Texas.  There she oversaw the professional development of over 500 employees.  In this role she honed the skills of counselor, trainer, and advisor that would serve her well for many years, including her next position as Graduate Program Coordinator at The University of Texas at Austin.. I am currently an Associate Attorney at Wilner & O'Reilly. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Whittier Law School in 2016. While at Whittier, I was an editor on Whittier Law Review, had an article published in 2015, and earned a CALI award in Legal Writing. Before law school, I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Public Law from the University of California, San Diego in 2012.. I primarily work in our firm's employment-based practice where I handle non-immigrant (E-2, E-3, F-1/J-1, H-1B, L-1, R-1, P-1, O-1/O-2, and TN visas), immigrant petitions (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, EB-4), as well as PERM labor certififcations. I also have experience in family-based immigration matters (Adjustment of Status, Naturalization, I-601/601A waiver, I-751 and VAWA).. I grew up in Los Angeles with three older sisters and parents who were all refugees from Vietnam. I am a second-generation Vietnamese American and the first in my family to enter the legal field.. In my free time, I enjoy arts and crafts, reading, watching movies, and spending time with my dogs. I also enjoy hiking, traveling and trying new foods.

In addition to practicing law, I'm a mother of a college aged student and have two dogs whose combined weight is about the same as mine: a yellow labrador retriever and a vizsla! I like to hike, cook, write, grow vegetables in my garden, and travel.
