San Diego immigration attorney Samara Kline received her Juris Doctor degree from The University of San Diego in 2003.  In 2000 she graduated from Georgetown University with a double major in History and International Relations.  Her prior work experience includes the U.S. Department of Justice, The Federal Communications Commission, and the U.S. Embassy in London.  She is a member of the California State Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.  She is fluent in Spanish.

I am an attorney focused in immigration law and criminal defense.  On occasion an immigration client is in need of criminal defense/post conviction represenation and I have handled various matters in that area.  I have extensive experience in immigration court.  I make most of my appearances at Los Angeles and Santa Ana Immigration Courts which covers Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino and Orange counties.  I am willing to travel to any of those counties.  I am also available to make appearances in San Diego Immigration Court.  My clients have easy access to me and I personally handle my cases from start to finish.
