Sarah Logan practices immigration law exclusively, representing individuals, families, and businesses as she guides them through complex immigration processes. She regularly appears in the U.S. Immigration Courts and represents clients before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service as well as at foreign consulates abroad. Sarah is a native of Tucson, Arizona. She graduated magna cume laude from Kenyon College and obtained her law degree from Vermont Law School in 2007. During her undergraduate education, Sarah also studied at La Universidad del Mar in Vina del Mar, Chile and completed a thesis on the effects of deforestation the Mapuche culture while living in a small indigenous community southern Chile. She is admitted to practice in Colorado, as well as before the 10th Circuit. Sarah is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and regularly volunteers at Safehouse Progressive Alliance for Nonviolence where she provides immigration clinics for battered women. Sarah speaks Spanish fluently.

My practice is focused on immigration.  My primary emphasis is in inadmissibility waivers, removal (deportation) defense, and other immigration benefits. I am a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).. Other people would describe me as enthusiastic. I love to learn and reading is my biggest hobby. But I'm not a total bookworm. I also enjoy running and hope to complete a half-marathon in the near future. My other interests include music and dance.

Skyler Anderson is one of the founding partners of ANDERSON & BENSON,  PLLC, a Utah based law firm practicing primarily in immigration and criminal defense. Dating back to his first year in law school through pro bono clinics and internships, Skyler’s focus has always been immigration law.  As an attorney, he has successfully navigated clients through the tangled webs of immigration law through U.S. embassies and consulates throughout the world, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, and the immigration and appellate courts. Few things give him more satisfaction than successfully fighting off any given branch of the government seeking to infringe upon the basic human rights of individuals and families.. Skyler lived for two years in southern Chile, where he became fluent in Spanish and where he developed a love for foreign cultures. Upon returning to the United States, Skyler continued his study of the language, receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from Brigham Young University in 2007. He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law in 2009.. Skyler has served on the executive committee of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) since May of 2012. He has held leadership positions and/or volunteered at the Horizonte Pro Bono Immigration Clinic since 2008. He is a former judicial clerk for the Immigration Court in Salt Lake City, Utah. He has been recognized for his service to the minority community by the NAACP, and was a recipient of the College of Law Outstanding Achievement Award in Immigration Law.

Ms. Tran-Layton immigrated from Vietnam when she was a year old and has lived in Utah since that time.  She graduated from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law.  After law school, she practiced intellectual property litigation at a reputable law firm in Salt Lake City, Utah. Currently, she is practicing in the areas of immigration law, bankruptcy, and family law.. Ms. Tran-Layton understands the importance of having an attorney who will communicate and respond to a client’s legal questions and concerns in a timely manner, especially since legal issues can cause a great deal of stress. As well, she aims to handle each of her client's cases in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining a high level of integrity and compassion.  Many of Ms. Tran-Layton's clients can attest to her ability to provide honest answers, to handle their cases in a timely manner, as well as her ability to respond quickly to any of her clients' inquiries. Ms. Tran-Layton has had high levels of success in assisting clients acheive their goals.. During law school I interned at the Salt Lake Legal Defenders Association, clerked for US Magistrate Judge Dustin Pead at the US District Court of Utah, and was a judicial intern at the Salt Lake Immigration Court. I have a bachelors degree from the University of Utah in Finance.
