Chris joined the DD family in August, 2020. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in History from Florida International University in 2014, followed by obtaining his Juris Doctorate in 2017 from Barry University School of Law. Chris is a member of Florida Bar Association and the Florida Bar’s Young Lawyers Division. Chris was sworn in by the Florida Bar in 2018 and has been fighting for his deserving clients ever since. Chris is a Florida native, born in Tampa, raised in Orlando and now resides in Fort Lauderdale. Chris has always been an avid lover of the Sunshine State, spending his free time by the beach, lifting weights, golfing and exploring the many state parks with his fiancé and two dogs, Amber and Stella. At Florida International University, Chris planted the seeds for his legal career by polishing his researching and writing skills throughout his undergraduate career. After graduating cum laude from FIU, Chris moved back to Orlando to attend Barry University School of Law. During his time at Barry University, Chris was selected as an associate editor for the Environmental and Earth Law Journal and later, was nominated as a student author for his article about solar energy progress in Florida, published in the Barry University Environmental and Earth Law Journal. Around that time, Chris also authored another historical article about Robert “Bob” Marley, for Barry University’s literary journal, “What Oft Was Thought,” published by Barry’s International English Honor Society. Throughout his Law School Career, Chris gained invaluable experience by serving his community while interning at the Public Defender’s Office in Titusville, FL. Later, Chris gained a passion for plaintiff work through a securities law internship, where he advocating for victims of financial fraud through FINRA Arbitration. Chris also was selected among his peers as a research assistant for his securities law professor, Mr. Benjamin Edwards, Esq. In 2017, Following his graduation at Barry, Chris continued to practice securities law for three years, where he helped recover millions for many deserving clients who were cheated out of their life savings by unscrupulous stockbrokers. In August 2020, Chris began a new chapter in his legal career when he was recruited by Jeremy Dover to join the rapidly growing firm of Demesmin and Dover, PLLC.

Jeremy T. Schilling is a civil litigator, with his primary practice in the area of first-party property insurance and personal injury. He spent the first six-plus years of his career defending insurance companies, along with general civil litigation for both defendants and plaintiffs. It is his experience defending insurance companies that enables Jeremy to best serve the injured and policyholders as he now dedicates his practice to helping the injured and homeowners obtain the benefits to which they are entitled.. Jeremy grew up in Centerville, Massachusetts, and is an avid Boston sports fan. He attended the University of Massachusetts before transferring to Keene State College, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Safety Studies and Management. While at Keene State he met his now wife, whom he shares two young children. He received his juris doctor degree from the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law.

Bianca Lupovici Diener was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and raised in Panama City, Panama and Miami, Florida. As a result, Bianca is fluent in both Portuguese and Spanish. In 1999, she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University. During her undergraduate studies Bianca worked full-time as a legal secretary/paralegal for various law firms in Miami, Florida.. In 2003, Bianca obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center. During law school Bianca was selected as a top finalist in the 2001 Association of Trial Lawyers of America “ATLA” negotiation competition allowing her to compete at the national level in North Carolina. She was also a junior staff member of the Journal of International & Comparative Law and selected to participate as a founding editor of the International Citator & Research Guide.  In light of her academic achievements during her first year of law school, Bianca received a scholarship from the Association of Legal Assistants.. Prior to joining Bavaro Legal, P.A., Bianca practiced law for a top civil defense litigation law firm in Hollywood, Florida, specializing in the areas of personal injury, automobile negligence, premises liability, wrongful death, negligent security/supervision, and governmental tort litigation. Biancapracticed regularly in both State and Federal court systems. Clients included “Fortune 500” corporations, governmental entities, and individuals.. Bianca is admitted to practice in Florida, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Aaron was born in Phoenix, Arizona, but grew up in Fort Collins, Colorado. He enlisted in the U.S. Air Force just weeks after 9/11, serving as both a flight medic and a police officer. While deployed several times, he earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Phoenix.. Following his military service, Aaron worked as a federal officer for the Department of Homeland Security. He led and managed multiple large teams responding to disasters and civil unrest across the United States. During this time, he witnessed the destruction caused by natural disasters firsthand. Aaron later earned a Master of Arts in Homeland Security from Regis University.. Aaron is one of the founding partners of Godbey Giardina Law Group, where he is proud to continue helping others recover from disasters. Though his days of saving lives may be behind him, he now serves families and businesses in a way that is just as impactful—helping them financially recover from catastrophic events.. Aaron attended Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, graduating in 2018. He also earned a Certificate in International Studies and studied abroad in Greece, Austria, and the Czech Republic..
