A northwest native, Ann grew up in Gig Harbor, Washington and graduated with honors from the University of Washington in 1997. Ann graduated with honors from Seattle University School of Law in 2002, and began her law career at an insurance defense litigation firm. There her practice was dedicated to insurance defense work in the areas of personal injury, medical negligence, and construction accidents. In 2005, she transitioned to plaintiff’s trial work and joined PWRLK. Her current practice continues to focus on litigation and trial work in the areas of personal injury and medical and dental negligence, with some insurance coverage work. David primarily represents victims of corporate negligence, policyholders, and those with serious injuries, including traumatic brain injuries ("TBI"). David has jury trial experience in state, federal, and municipal courts. Recently, David has obtained substantial plaintiff verdicts alongside partners Rick and Ken Friedman in the Western District of Washington. David also occasionally tries criminal cases, and obtained two defense verdicts in 2015 for wrongfully accused citizens. At the appellate level, David has briefed a number of cases before Washington Division I and Division II court of appeal commissioners, and authored (uncredited) the prevailing briefs in the Wyoming Supreme Court case Irene v. I have always been interesting in a career in law, and after I finished my undergraduate degree  and worked in the mortgage banking and real estate fields for a while, I decided to go to law school. Jacey holds a B.A. from Portland State University in Social Science. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Willamette University College of Law, where she received law school merit scholarships in 2008 and 2009.. Jacey ‘s work with the International Human Rights Clinic earned her Willamette’s Distinguished Legal Writing Award. Her outstanding oral advocacy skills in moot court was awarded with a coveted honorary membership in the National Order of Barristers. Yunus graduated from George Washington University where he earned his B.A. in Economics with a minor in Political Science. He went on to attend Lewis and Clark Law School, in Portland, Oregon, graduating with a J.D. in 1999. After assisting criminal clients as a public defender, he started his private law practice in 2003 and has since won countless jury trials and settlements for his clients.. In 2010, Yunus accepted Islam and began to focus his skills on helping the Muslim community with their legal needs. Yunus speaks Japanese fluently and conversational Oromo (Horn of Africa language).
