Mr. Frederick earned his Bachelors of Arts with a double major in English and Philosophy, Cum Laude, from Regis College (now Regis University) and his Juris Doctor from the Columbus School of Law at The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., completing specialized certificate programs in both Public Policy and International Law. Mr. Frederick was admitted to th e Bar in the State of Maryland in 1996 and to the Bar in the State of Colorado in 1997.
