Mr. Anderson offers conscientious and quality representation to his clients in the areas of construction, business, and real estate litigation with over thirteen years of litigation experience. He earned his J.D. from U.C. Davis in 1993 where he was an associate editor of the U.C. Davis Law Review, and his B.A. from U.C. Berkeley in 1990 with majors in economics and history. He is a member of the Real Estate and Litigation Sections of the Contra Costa County Bar Association.

Mr. Mallory has significant experience successfully representing owners, general contractors, and subcontractors on private and public projects in construction disputes.  Mr. Mallory handles all aspects of construction litigation matters including a wide variety of construction claims, including mechanics’ liens and scope of work changes, as well as post-construction defect cases.

I have represented homeowners' associations, property owners, municipalities, developers, contractors, and insurance companies in every kind of real estate or construiction matter for over 20 years all over California.  I worked full time for a real estate/construction firm during law school, and have represented clients in litigation and real estate transactions ever since.  My current practice is primarily representation of property owners in litigation, but I have handled may transactional matters as well.  I work to be very sensitive to my clients' needs, and work hard to protect their interests in any matter.. My work out of the firm's East Bay and Orange County offices, but modern technology allows me to handle cases all over California.
