Josh Vick joined Goldasich & Associates in 2011.  Raised in Camden, Alabama, Josh received his undergraduate degree from Auburn University.  After graduating from Auburn, he lived in Washington, DC where he worked in the United States Senate.. He later returned to Alabama to pursue a Juris Doctor degree from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. While in law school, Josh clerked for three years with a Birmingham, Alabama firm specializing in consumer protection and complex class action litigation.. Josh’s practice is entirely devoted to civil litigation, with an emphasis on catastrophic injuries, products liability, commercial/business litigation, and medical malpractice.. In his first jury trial with the Goldasich & Associates trial team, Josh helped the firm obtain a $3.5 million verdict in a medical malpractice action filed in Walker County, Alabama.  The verdict was the largest for a medical malpractice claim in the history of Walker County, and was recently affirmed by the Supreme Court of Alabama. His other recent results include a $3 million settlement of a medical malpractice claim, a $1.4 million settlement of a product liability claim and a half-million dollar settlement of a commercial contract dispute.

Marc joined Southern Med Law in the Fall of 2019. Marc is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, where he attended Jesuit High School. Marc attended Louisiana State University where he earned a bachelors in finance. Marc went on to attend law school at Loyola University New Orleans where he graduated magna cum laude in 2013. During law school, Marc was the brief writer for the appellate moot court team. Marc, along with his team, won a national title for maritime appeals. Marc was both order of the coif and order of the barristers.. Marc specializes in maritime law, medical negligence, insurance litigation and appeals. Marc is an accomplished appellate brief writer and has argued several cases before the United States District Court for the Fifth and Ninth Circuit.. Marc is married to attorney Gianna Mandich of Southern Med Law. Marc and Gianna share one son.

Traci L. Lacock is a partner at Hirst Applegate, where she has practiced since 2014. Prior to joining Hirst Applegate, she was an associate at a Wyoming firm where her primary focus was litigation. Prior to her move to Cheyenne, she practiced in the trial division in the Office of the Wyoming State Public Defender in Casper, Wyoming. Currently Traci’s practice is focused on civil litigation, including professional liability, medical malpractice, professional licensing, trucking and insurance defense.
