I have been a member of the State Bar of Arizona since 1992 and a member of the State Bar of California since 1993. I am admitted to practice in the United States District Court in Arizona, the United States District Court in California, and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. I am a member of the Arizona Association for Justice, and the American Association for Justice, and the Pima County Bar Association.. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in 1989 from the University of Arizona in General Studies, focused on Business, Political Science, and Humanities. Iattended James E. Rogers College of Law where I graduated with my Juris Doctorate degree in 1992. During law school, I completed a judicial clerkship with the Navajo County Superior Court in Holbrook.. I previously sat as the Chair of the State Bar Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Specialization Advisory Commission. I continue to sit on this Commission.. I sit on the board of many charitable organizations. Most notably, I am the past-Chair of the Tucson Zoological Society, the past Capital Campaign Chair for Girl Scouts of Southern Arizona, and I also sit on my Church's Vestry.

William Bacon, or Bill as he's referred to at Goldberg & Osborne, is a native of Massachusetts where he attended college and law school. He received a B.A. in Political Science from Amherst College in 1970. He graduated with a Juris Doctor degree, with honors, from Suffolk University Law School in 1975.. Bill’s has practiced in the area of personal injury law for over 25 years. More recently he has focused on product liability claims. He has also represented insureds in bad faith claims against insurance companies and has presented at seminars on the topic of bad faith claims.. Bill has been a member of the State Bar of Arizona since 1977. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Pima County Bar Association, the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice and the American Bar Association.. In his free time, Bill likes to spend time with his family. His wife is a retired high school teacher; his daughter graduated from Northern Arizona University and now works as a legal assistant.
