A former foster parent herself who was recognized as an exceptional Foster Parent in Arizona, Ms. Soderquist has been actively involved with the Social Action Committee at her church where she directed a volunteer program to benefit Habitat for Humanity.. She earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Arizona State University's College of Law and was admitted to practice in 1998 in Arizona, was admitted by the United States District Court for the District of Arizona in 2000.
