James T. Giel (“Jim”) has a broad range of experience in public finance. Over the past 26 years, he has represented school districts, community facilities districts, fire districts, and other special districts as bond counsel, issuer's counsel, special district counsel, borrower's counsel, and underwriter's counsel.
