Craig Nordlund's experience in corporate law spans more than three decades, beginning with his first job as an attorney with the Palo Alto law firm of Ware & Freidenrich (now DLA Piper) in 1974, and later as in-house counsel with Hewlett-Packard Company in 1977.. From 1987 to 1999, Nordlund managed Hewlett-Packard's U.S. general legal operations and served as HP’s corporate secretary from 1985-1999.
