Douglas A. Bordner is an experienced real estate and business attorney. He regularly represents corporations as outside general counsel advising them on day-to-day legal matters, including business contracts, and labor and employment matters.. Mr. Bordner has also prosecuted trademarks before the United States Patent and Trademark Office , as well as represented software companies with negotiating and drafting of international software licensing and distribution agreements in Europe, Asia, Pacific Rim Countries, and South America.. Mr. Bordner is admitted to practice law in California, and the District of Columbia.. He received his undergraduate degree in Economics with a minor in Political Science from the University of California, Davis in 1987, and his law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1991.. He is a member of the Moorpark Morning Rotary Club, is the past president of the Calabasas Rotary Club, and is currently the President of the East County Bar Association.
