Darlynn Morgan founded Morgan Law Group in July, 2005 because she saw a need; and she saw that her unique story and talents could be used to make a difference in the lives of her clients.. Darlynn graduated in the top 15% in her law school class from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California in 1996. While at Loyola Law School, Darlynn was a member of the prestigious Loyola Law Review and was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award for Community Property and Family Law. After graduation, Darlynn served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable John E. Ryan, a federal judge in the 9th Circuit from 1996 - 1997. She subsequently practiced at a premier business litigation firm in Orange County.. In 2001 Darlynn became a founding member of the Board of Directors of Mission Valley Bank, a community business bank in Los Angeles. Darin Leviloff received his J.D. degree from University of California, Hastings School of Law in 1994. After serving three years as a deputy district attorney in Humboldt County, California, he transitioned into litigation, where he has practiced in the Bay Area in diverse areas, including but not limited to, general insurance defense, personal injury defense, construction defect law, professional liability, and product liability. He joined Burroughs and Froneberger in 2014, and the partnership of Froneberger and Leviloff was founded in 2016. Darin has tried numerous cases to conclusion, participated in successful appeals, and successfully settled and mediated a number of cases. A father of three boys, Darin is active in his synagogue and has published several historical games and articles over the years.

Darius received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from National University in 1991 and was admitted by the Supreme Court of the State of California to practice law in 1992. Darius’ undergraduate work was in the field of chemistry. He is very involved in local, charitable organizations to which he donates his time pro bono. He is currently the President of the San Marcos Lions Club Foundation and a Board Member of the San Marcos Economic Development Corporation, a City committee formed by the City of San Marcos to advise the San Marcos City Council and Staff regarding issues concerning economic development. Darius was also recently appointed by the City Council of San Marcos to the General Plan Amendment Committee. The committee was formed to assist in the update of the City’s general plan which will form the guidelines for the remaining development in the City of San Marcos before reaching build-out. He is also a board member of several other charitable foundations as well.. Darius, a native Californian, lives in San Marcos with his wife, Robin, and his three children. In his off time, he enjoys spending time with family and tinkering with various projects. Darius is an avid mountain bicyclist and races amateur class in the U.S. Cup National Series.

David E. Brule, the Senior partner of the firm, graduated San Diego State University with a degree in Economics. He received his Juris Doctor degree in 1968 from California College of Law. He has been actively practicing law in the Bay Area for over 30 years. During his career he has held various governmental positions with the IRS and Treasury Department. Mr. Brule spent five years as a Tax Attorney for the IRS in San Francisco. He was a General Attorney (tax matters) for the United States Treasury Department when he was assigned to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms. He was promoted within that agency to Regional Counsel for the Western United States. During this time he was appointed as Special Assistant United States Attorney to prosecute sensitive cases. He was also assigned to Washington D.C. as Acting Deputy Chief Counsel for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms for a period. He ultimately rose to the position of Assistant Chief Counsel for that agency. In private practice he has held positions as General Counsel and Special Counsel for both public and private companies in technology and service industries. His background gives him a broad area of expertise in dealing with both estate planning and business development issues. Because of his tax and governmental experience, as well as his involvement with the operations, sales of mergers of businesses of all sizes, he has a significant advantage in dealing with governmental agencies thatregulate business. This experience is also valuable in developing estate and business planning vehicles such as Corporations, LLC’s, trusts and offshore entities.
