Ms. Agajanian specializes in real estate law with an emphasis on financing, leasing, purchase and sale transactions and development. She is also a certified mediator, having trained with Orange County’s CSP (Community Service Programs) Dispute Resolution Services Program.. Ms. Agajanian represents lenders and borrowers in the origination, restructuring and participation of acquisition, construction and permanent financing secured by various types of real property, including office buildings, retail centers, hotels, and mixed-use and multi-family properties. Ms. Agajanian has experience representing both landlords and tenants in all aspects of office, retail and industrial leasing.
