Brad grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area before commencing his undergraduate education at the University of California, Santa Cruz. While at Santa Cruz, he double majored in Legal Studies and Politics and studied one quarter in Washington, D.C.  Following graduation, Brad worked as a legal assistant in San Francisco before attending law school at University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.. During law school, Brad was the Co-President of the Middle Eastern and South Asian Association and an honors board member for McGeorge’s Moot Court Team. In his third year, he served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Ronald H. Sargis.  Brad graduated with distinction from McGeorge and had the honor of becoming a member of the Roger J. Traynor Honor Society.  Brad joined Smith, McDowell & Powell as an associate in July 2013 and practices in various fields including business transactions, commercial and general civil litigation, employment, real estate and construction.. When Brad’s not in the office, he spends his time serving as a board member for the South Asian Bar Association.
