While she found litigation exciting and challenging, Marisha also found her role to be very reactionary as clients generally came to her after something negative had occurred. With a desire to provide legal guidance that is both proactive and designed to avoid conflict, Marisha determined that her legal skills were best used helping people plan for the future. Marisha's current practice is devoted to estate planning, probate and trust administration.
