As a 10 year old growing up, Frank witnessed firsthand the damage a catastrophic injury can cause to a family when his aunt Cholly, at the age of 31, was severely injured in a head-on car accident. She was in a coma for almost ten years, and ultimately passed away without ever waking up. After experiencing the heart wrenching consequences such a situation causes spouses, children, parents and siblings, he developed a passion for helping people plan to minimize the damage should the worst happen.. Frank graduated from the University of Colorado with a B.S. degree in Political Science in 1992, and the University of Colorado School of Law in December 1995. He was admitted to the Colorado Bar in May of 1996. Frank is a member of theDenverand Colorado Bar Associations, as well as theCBATrust and Estate, and Elder Law Sections. He has been a member of the Denver Estate Planning Council since 2000. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and worked closely with, and served as a volunteer guardian for, the Guardianship Alliance of Colorado..
