Bruce Dierking's practice focuses on complex commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale, leasing, finance, Section 1031 like-kind exchanges, land use approvals/entitlements and all aspects of real estate development. Bruce received his B.A. in English, summa cum laude, from the University of Northern Colorado, and his J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law, where he was an editor of the University of Colorado Law Review and selected for membership in the Order of the Coif. Bruce is a Colorado native and life-long Colorado resident. Prior to attending law school, he taught high school English and coached basketball in small towns in Northern Colorado. Bruce now lives in the Hygiene area with his wife of 22 years and their two high school-aged children. Outside of his work, Bruce enjoys cycling, skiing, reading and travel.
