Jordan D. Howlette established JD Howlette Law, and its civil rights division, Justly Prudent, following a five-year career as a trial attorney in the Tax Division of the United States Department of Justice (DOJ). While at the DOJ, Mr. Howlette successfully litigated dozens of civil tax cases and controversies on behalf of the United States in federal courts around the country, securing millions of dollars in favorable judgments while also advocating for equitable justice.
