Mr. Sacks obtained his JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1996, and his BA from Emory University in 1993.. Mr. Sacks is a member of the DC Bar as well as the Sports Lawyers Association.  In 2008, Mr. Sacks was elected to the Steering Committee of Arts, Entertainment, and Sports Section of the DC Bar.  He is a frequent guest lecturer in colleges and law schools, and he is the author of “The Restricted Earnings Coach under Sherman Act Review,” which was published in the Spring 1997 edition of The Sports Lawyers Journal.
