Kyle Tursky was born in Orlando, Florida, where he attended the University of Central Florida and earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science Pre-Law, along with a Certificate in Intelligence and National Security. He then received his J.D. from Barry Law before becoming an Assistant State Attorney. As an Assistant State Attorney for the Ninth Circuit in Orange County, Kyle managed an extensive caseload, ranging from misdemeanor offenses to offenses punishable by life.
