Practice Areas: Estate Planning
Anchored Solutions was created to provide expert services anchored in integrity and efficiency with an attorney, mediator, and arbitrator who cares. Born and raised in sunny South Florida I found a passion for both the law and all things marine. That passion fueled my attendance at Nova Southeastern University where I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Marine Biology and eventually my Juris Doctorate. Many speculate on the differences between these paths however both have shaped my process. I have learned compassion for my surroundings and those within it while also how to pursue motivated justice. My primary focus is to personally ensure my clients are protected from unforeseen circumstance as well as delicately shielding my clients from unethical, yet common, practices. I believe a client's wellbeing should trump greed thus I intend to provide detailed and thorough work product with upfront expenses allowing all involved to achieve their ultimate goal.
Geoffrey Hoatson
Firm: Family First Firm
1901 West Colonial Drive , Orlando , Florida 32804
Practice Areas: Estate Planning
My name is Geoff Hoatson and I’m the founder of the Family First Firm. I grew up in Central Florida surrounded by all my extended family. Both of my grandfathers were veterans of World War II and my paternal grandfather received the Purple Heart and Silver Star from Fleet Admiral Nimitz for his heroism as a medic on the Pacific Front. I gained a deep respect for our service members and my elders, while listening to them recount their time in the service. I knew that I wanted to help these people I admired so much. Unfortunately, over the years, both grandfathers ended up with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. My paternal grandfather was able to be qualified for Medicaid and my maternal grandfather was able to receive benefits from the VA. To call these benefits a blessing is a massive understatement; they allowed both of my grandmothers to age in their homes with dignity.. Born and raised in the Orlando area, I attended a local high school and then the University of Central Florida. It wasn’t until I went to Emory University for law school that I left Central Florida for the very first time. However, that choice was an easy one, because Emory is ranked as one of the top law schools in the country and has one of the preeminent estate planning programs. After graduating from Emory, I returned to Orlando to marry my fiancée, start a family, and begin the practice of law.. In 2009, I decided to go out on my own and open the Family First Firm to help seniors and service members protect themselves, their families, and their legacies from the unique problems that our seniors face. We are proud to have helped countless families achieve their goals and gain peace of mind. We would be honored to help you too.

Practice Areas: Estate Planning
Our main office is located in Miami, in the Aventura area, and we represent clients throughout South Florida in homeowners insurance and first party property lawsuits, personal injury, and general civil litigation. We also provide Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning services, small business consulting and general counsel services.. I opened The Dempsey Law Firm, P.A., so that I could provide the kind of personal service and connection that clients need, want, and deserve as they deal with trying times and the legal system.. Attorneys can be fast paced, fast talkers who find it hard to make complex litigation concepts relatable to the legally inexperienced client, and so we try to make sure that communication and explanation are at the forefront of our client service model.. I practice with professionalism, I'm detail oriented, and I place a premium on producing quality work in the goal of obtaining the positive results on behalf of the client, and keeping them informed all the way through.. We also offer alternative fee arrangements and means of representing our clients, as we know that not all clients have the means to obtain meaningful representation in the legaly system. To that end, we accept ARAG Legal Insurance, and are happy to offer free consultations for all prospective clients.. When not working, I can be found spending time with my family and our dogs.. I'm available for a free consultation by appointment only, submit the form below, email me at , or give us a call.

Great Help With Your Estate Plan and Elder Law Concerns:. I was fortunate to grow up in Pinellas County with my father as a well-known and respected attorney and community leader. When I started thinking about my own career, my father told me that he loved going to work every day and helping his clients the best way he could. With my father’s encouragement, my own passion for helping others and my love of creative problem solving, I knew that practicing estate planning and elder law was the career path for me. You will know I love my work as clients love working with us as well!. My estate planning and elder law practice is more than just my profession – it is my life’s passion. I understand the difficult decisions that my clients face when they are planning their estates, when they are experiencing health issues, and the affect their decisions have on their children upon their death. With the knowledge and the desire to help with the best solutions possible, I know that my clients are getting an estate plan that they, and their family, can rely upon to make sure they are provided for, their family is protected, and their legacy lasts for as long as possible.. I have been practicing law for almost 20 years and have seen a number of changes to our estate planning world. While estate taxes had been eliminated for many, I still saw problems occurring when a client died or became incapacitated. For years, I created my estate plans with a traditional “transaction” based mindset, where my clients paid for prepared documents and I provided them directions on how to “fund” their estate plan on their own. After seeing multiple problems occur with the “transaction” based mindset, I came to the conclusion that I should not just prepare a will or trust for my clients and expect the plan to work upon their death or incapacity. The reality is that the estate plan that actually works is where the attorney and client follow a clear process to create and implement a personalized estate plan together.. I take pride in giving each client personal attention, practical advice, timely assistance, and clear communication based upon their individual situation. We will take our time in discussing you, your family, your desires and your assets before deciding how to best proceed. I speak in plain English and know that you will understand the issues you face and how best to answer your concerns. Together, we will develop and implement an estate plan that follows your desires, protects you and yours heirs, and provides you piece of mind.. In choosing your estate planning and elder law attorney, you need someone with integrity, someone with the passion to help, someone friendly, and someone who you can rely upon to make the best decisions possible. I am certain you will find that working with me at DeLoach, Hofstra & Cavonis, P.A..
