In 2006, Mr. Dell was selected by the nation's largest legal publication company (Thomson Reuters) to author a treatise on long-term disability insurance law. The book is published each year and is intended to be used as an authoritative source on disability insurance law by attorneys and judges. Mr. Dell's articles on long-term disability benefits have appeared in nationwide publications. Mr. Dell has received recognition from Superlawyers and Best Lawyers in the field of Insurance Law and Employee benefits. Mr. Dell lectures nationwide on the topic of disability insurance law.. Mr. Dell is admitted to the Florida, District of Columbia, Massachusetts, Texas, and New York State Bar Associations, as well as multiple federal district courts throughout the nation.
