Vivian Fazio is a native Floridian. She was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale and attended St. Thomas Aquinas High School. Ms. Fazio received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Florida in Gainesville. She returned to Fort Lauderdale and served as District Representative to former Congressman E. Clay Shaw, Jr. (deceased) before enrolling in law school at Nova Southeastern University College of Law. While at NSU, Ms. Fazio was honored to be selected for the Moot Court Society and to compete against other Florida law schools in oral advocacy at the Florida Bar Convention in Orlando as part of NSU's Moot Court Team.. Ms. Fazio is admitted to practice before all state courts in Florida as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She has more than 20 years experience representing individuals, hospitals, medical and dental professionals, large corporations, small businesses and governmental entities before state and federal courts throughout Florida..
