Haley Stamm graduated with honors from Northern Kentucky University and attended Salmon P. Chase College of Law. While at Chase, she was both a member of the Northern Kentucky Law Review and the Moot Court Board, proudly representing Chase in two national competitions. In 2006, her paper on eminent domain was awarded a prize in the annual Kentucky Bar Association writing competition. During her final year at Chase, she had the opportunity to work for both Justice Donald Wintersheimer and Justice Wilfrid Schroder at the Kentucky Supreme Court. She obtained her Juris Doctor from Chase College of Law in 2007, and is admitted as a licensed attorney in good standing in both Ohio and Kentucky.. Haley brings with her over 15 years of legal experience in a variety of complex practice areas, in both federal and state law. She has years of experience as an Attorney Advisor to federal administrative law judges, working on claims for disability benefits under the Social Security Act and under federal workers’ compensation programs.
