Paul is a lifelong resident of Northern Kentucky. He graduated from Covington Catholic High School, Northern Kentucky University, and Chase College of Law. Upon graduation from law school, Paul opened his law practice in 1992. Since that date, Paul has represented hundreds of people in dozens of courtrooms across Kentucky.
