I moved to the U.S. from Mexico City in 1998 as a dual citizen. However, I had to enter the U.S. as an F1 student in order to not lose my Mexican citizenship.  I completed a master's degree from Tulane University, of all things in Environmental law. But life had other plans for me.. My passion since 2002 has been immigration.  I have helped hundreds of clients navigate through what is complex and definitely not user-friendly law, both before USCIS and Immigration court.. Nothing makes me happier than to re-unite families through visa applications or keep them from being separated by aggressively defending them in Immigration court. My clients have 24/7 access to me and personal attention on their case. Emotional support during very stressful court proceedings is very important.
