Firm: Profit Law Firm
Practice Areas: Elder Law
Hello, I am Michelle Profit an estate planning and elder law attorney serving residents of Maryland and Washington. D.C. I entered this area of law because I like helping people create proactive solutions. I understand the challenges of estate planning for families. When you visit or call my office, l listen to you. I want to hear the goals your have for your business, the dreams you have for your family and the obligations you shoulder when protecting disabled children and aging parents. We talk together until you are comfortable and understand important estate planning tools, such as revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, wills, guardianships, durable powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney, living wills, and more. We discuss the application of each of these, and you decide what will work best for you in your particular situation. My goal is to give you the information you need to make confident decisions. That is why I entered this practice area, to help families preserve relationships, business legacies, and hard earned wealth, during times of transition. Give me a call at, and I will help you obtain the answers you need.
