While awaiting Bar admission in 1984, he began working for a Towson firm where he remained for sixteen (16) years before departing to open a practice in Bel Air, close to his home. Prior to clerking for Judge Hennegan, Mr. DiPaula’s prior legal experience included various assistant positions in the Baltimore County Office of Law, assisting the County Law Department in representing various County agencies, and serving as an assistant librarian in the Baltimore County Bar Library.. On a personal level, Tony was born on April 17, and raised in the Randallstown area of BaltimoreCounty. Tony and his wife became homeowners in Bel Air in 1984 where they have raised their four children, and been very active in St. Margaret Catholic Church and School, and the Bel Air community. Tony has coached youth baseball, coached basketball and chaired the Bel Air Boys Basketball Program, and served on the Bel Air Recreation Committee Board of Directors. He continues to be actively involved as a Calvert Hall College High School alumnus, and he and his wife have served as Co-Chairs of the Patriot Parent Association of The John Carroll School.
