Nick focuses his practice on counseling and representing individuals, small businesses and non-profits in the areas of business and tax planning and litigation. Nick has extensive experience structuring business and real estate transactions, drafting wills and estate plans for large and small estates, administering trusts and probate estates, forming business entities and drafting operating agreements for limited liability companies, and advising clients in various other matters.
