Ryan’s areas of practice include class action litigation, mass tort, product liability, employment law, and personal injury.. Ryan has served as lead counsel in numerous high-profile class actions and has obtained millions of dollars in relief to thousands of class members. Ryan has tried cases in both state and federal court. He has also argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals (Eighth Circuit), and Missouri Court of Appeals (Western and Eastern Districts).. Ryan spearheaded several class actions challenging the constitutionality and validity of red light cameras throughout Missouri. As a result, Ryan obtained a number of significant appellate victories that invalidated the majority of red light camera ordinances in Missouri. In doing so, Ryan successfully persuaded the Court of Appeals to overrule another appellate decision that had endorsed red light cameras. He then parlayed that success into securing the largest settlement in the State of Missouri in 2015 (an $18,000,000 class action settlement that offered cash refunds to hundreds of thousands of people).. Before attending law school, Ryan worked as a commercial real estate broker. After law school, Ryan worked as an attorney at a large defense firm in the field of insurance litigation. He then worked at The Simon Law Firm for five years where he gained significant experience as a plaintiffs attorney including time spent leading the firm’s class action department.. Ryan is deeply passionate about fighting to ensure the fair administration of justice. The legal maxim “fiat justitia ruat caelum” continues not only to be an indelible imprint on his life, but also a driving force for his pursuit of the truth.

Seth Webb is an attorney at Brown & Crouppen. Seth's main area of responsibility is working with clients who have been harmed by dangerous and recalled drugs and medical devices. People who take prescription and non-prescription medicines on the direction of their physician have a right to understand and know all potential side effects or negative consequences so they can make an informed decision, understanding the risk from the drug or device as compared to the medical need. When drug manufacturers hide research patients need, they are valuing profits over people. At Brown & Crouppen, we get justice for people harmed by dangerous drugs and medical devices.

After having worked at the Law Firm of Woolsey, Fisher since coming out of Law School, my practice had grown apart from the core practice at Woolsey Fisher which was primarily insurance defense related. I had developed over the years an expertise in all sorts of product liability and large cases involving litigation mostly from the plaintiffs' side. I decided to form my own firm in 1990. Originally the name of the firm was the Law Offices of Robert M.N. Palmer, PC but we changed it in 2005 when Craig Oliver became my partner. After a few years at the Potts Law Firm out of Houston, I started a new firm with my current partners. I am still doing the same kind of large product liability cases.. The focus of the firm has remained primarily based on plaintiffs' work with an emphasis on large products and commercial cases.
