Mr. Preston grew up in Sparta, Missouri where he attended elementary and high school. After graduation, Mr. Preston decided to attend the University of Arizona where he received his Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, from the College of Business and Public Administration. Upon graduation from the University of Arizona, Mr. Preston attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where he received his Juris Doctor, cum laude..
