My practice focuses on commercial and complex civil litigation, with an emphasis on business torts such as fraud, unfair trade practices and violations of intellectual property rights. The bulk of my caseload arises from investments, business contracts and leases, banking and real estate transactions, shareholder disputes, and construction projects. I have also successfully litigated cases involving non-compete agreements, libel/defamation and Constitutional issues. And at any given time, I usually have at least one bizarre case that simply cannot be categorized. A number of those disputes have garnered national media attention. Because of the multifaceted nature of the litigation I specialize in, I also have significant experience in associated procedural areas of law that are complex or nuanced such as alter-ego claims, derivative actions, receiverships, injunctions, claim and delivery/replevin, contempt proceedings, evictions, execution upon judgments, and the Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act. My clients have ranged from small businesses to Fortune 500 corporations to government agencies such as the FDIC, and they represent a broad variety of industries including gaming, sports and entertainment, banking and investment funds, solar energy, health care, manufacturing, aerospace, commercial landlords, taverns and nightclubs, and contractors and materialmen. I was a paralegal prior to attending law school, and continued working as a law clerk while pursuing my law degree as a part-time evening student. While in law school I also volunteered at a tenant's rights nonprofit organization and worked as a student attorney at my school’s legal clinic where I served as a guardian ad litem, presented guardianship petitions in court, and helped victims of domestic violence obtain temporary restraining orders. I remain strongly committed to pro bono service.

Terry A. Moore is a native of Las Vegas and attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where he obtained his bachelor’s degree with honors in environmental studies in 1998. He then obtained his Juris Doctorate as a member of the charter class of the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2001.. Mr. Moore’s practice is primarily devoted to real estate matters with a particular emphasis on commercial real estate, landlord-tenant issues, title insurance and escrow litigation. Since 2001, Mr. Moore has represented numerous commercial and residential property management companies, commercial building owners, title insurers and title agents throughout Nevada.
