Phil is a 2008 graduate of Wake Forest University School of Law in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. At Wake Forest, Phil was a Dean’s scholarship recipient, an active participant in many trial advocacy and moot court competitions, and a member of the Joseph Branch Inn of Court. During law school, Phil had the opportunity to work at a boutique litigation firm in Buffalo, New York and a medium-sized general litigation firm in Honolulu, Hawaii.. Upon graduation, Phil moved to Las Vegas and practiced with a medium-sized firm primarily representing national homebuilders in complex construction defect matters and class action lawsuits.. Prior to establishing Silvestri Gidvani with Neal, Phil worked for a California creditors’ rights firm. Phil’s practice primarily focused on representation of lenders in Nevada Foreclosure Mediations, as well as resolving disputes related to homeowner associations.. Phil is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Nevada.  Phil currently sits on the State of Nevada Foreclosure Mediation Advisory Committee.
