I am a member of the Estate Planning and Probate Group at Sheehan, Phinney, Bass & Green. My practice also focuses on assisting clients in family law; not-for-profit, charitable and religious institutions; intellectual property; and zoning and land use matters. I am admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.. Prior to joining the firm, I was a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Richard Tucker at the Massachusetts Superior Court for Worcester County. I was a research assistant for Dean, then Professor, Andrew Perlman for “A Behavioral Theory of Legal Ethics” published in the University of Indiana Law Journal, Professor Charles P. Kindregan for the third edition of Assisted Reproductive Technology: A Lawyer's Guide to Emerging Law & Science to be published by the American Bar Association, and Professor Stephanie Roberts Hartung for work on active New England Innocence Project cases. As a research assistant for Professor Hartung, I worked on an amicus brief filed with the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court on behalf of a wrongfully convicted man, leading to his release from prison on a stay of execution and eventual exoneration.. While at Suffolk University Law School, I served as Content Editor of the Suffolk University Law Review and Vice Magistrate of Phi Delta Phi Honor Society. I also was the recipient of the Distinguished Brief Award, Honorable Mention Oral Advocate Award, and Jurisprudence Awards for Property Law and Evidence/Trial Advocacy. I also graduated with Pro Bono Honors for my work with Judge Tucker and the New England Innocence Project.

I was a felony prosecutor from 2001-2017 and transferred my extensive trial and advocacy skills developed over 16 years of working with victims of violent crimes into zealous client advocacy as a civil litigator.
