He is admitted to practice law in South Carolina, the State of New Hampshire, the United States Supreme Court, the United States Federal Tax Court, and the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire. Attorney McGrath serves as a Member of the American Bar Association. He is the former Chairman of the Environmental Law Committee of the NH Bar Association and a former Vice President of the Capital City Rotary Club..
