I was raised in Central Mexico until I was 17 when I returned to United States to attend a University. I also lived in El Salvador and visited Guatemala, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Honduras. I was involved in providing clothing, food and medical care to orphaned youths and underprivileged people in several countries. The focus of my legal practice is to provide assistance and access to Justice for the Spanish-Speaking people of the Southwest of the United States. My office is located in Albuquerque, NM but I frequently travel to Texas and other parts of NM to provide legal assistance to more rural areas that don't have local attorneys. I strive to fight for those who are disenfranchised and those who feel that they do not have access to the legal system; and I help them see that they too can have Justice. Yo Peleo Por Sus Derechos!!. Conact me now at.

I am a licensed and experiened immigration lawyer. I started practicing immigration law full time in 1980. I have a low-overhead micro law office located on Albuquerque's West Side. The major cross streets are 98th Street SW and Sage/De Vargas SW. I offer old-fashioned personal service. I am easily accessible and easy to talk with My fees and payment plans are reasonable and competitive with other immigration lawyers with comparable experience in this geographic location. I have a low-volume practice and I want to keep it that way. I try to maintain flexible work hours. I have many favorable reviews from former clients and I would have many more favorable reviews if I had the free time to contact former clients and ask them to review their client experience with me. I am busy, but I am always looking for a few more good-quality clients.
