Andrew A. Monteleone graduated from Fordham University School of Law in New York City in 1999.  Thereafter, he worked as an Assistant District Attorney in the Nassau County District Attorney's Office where he prosecuted numerous misdemeanor and felony charges ranging from DWI to Attempted Murder.. Upon leaving the prosecutor's office in 2003, Mr. Monteleone worked for a civil litigation firm in New York City defending construction companies from lawsuits arising out of construction accidents throughout the New York area..
