Linda Jean Sampson, Esq. received her law degree while working full time in the field of corporate taxation. Ms. Sampson attended the evening program at Pace University School of Law, in White Plains, New York where she earned her Juris Doctorate in 1985. After earning her J.D., Ms. Sampson worked in the tax department of Mobil Oil Corporation, Inc. in NYC. Her early work background was concentrated around corporate and international taxation. Her passion for Estate Tax Planning began in 1983 when she published an article for the CPA Journal on the Inclusion ofLife Insurance Proceeds in a Decedent’s Estates ;Ms. Sampson’s fulfilling career has spanned the disciplines of Real Estate, Property Tax Appeal, Real Estate Financing, Special Needs Planning, Elder Law, and Estate and Gift Tax Planning. Ms. Sampson has devoted a significant portion of her time assisting not-for-profit groups like Community Living Corporation (CLC) and its related entities fulfill their mission to assist the developmentally disabled and dual diagnosed adults achieve a better life. Her work in this field includes helping to acquire residential group homes and apartments, as a Vice Chair overseeing administrative trustee work for Supplemental Needs Pool Trusts, fund raising, and providing enrichment and  therapeutic riding and farming experiences for CLC consumers, Veterans and persons with Autism Spectrum Disabilities.
