Annmarie earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law-Newark in 1996, where she was elevated to the level of Technical Editor for the Women’s Rights Litigation Reporter law journal. Annmarie also served as a research and writing assistant to the director of a litigation clinic at Rutgers and traveled to New Orleans and New York representing the school in Appellate Moot Court competitions. Annmarie previously earned her B.B.A. cum laude with a double major in Political Science and Legal Studies from the University of Miami Honors Program.. Steven B. Sacharow has substantial and extensive experience in family law and is nationally recognized for his acumen in adoption matters.. In his family law practice, Mr. Sacharow’s representation of clients includes matters involving child custody, parenting time, child support, alimony and equitable distribution (the division) of assets. It also consists of legal aspects of relationship formation including cohabitation and prenuptial agreements. Substantive articles have appeared in the state’s two legal publications -- the New Jersey Law Journal and the New Jersey Lawyer – on issues relating to children.
